Hail Raspberry Sundays

Being from the Northern California coast we don't get to much hail. We had an unusual hail down pour the other day. Being quick I caught some of the hail in a roasting pan. I had to put the towel down because it kept bouncing out other wise. I then put the hail in an ice cream dish and poured some raspberry syrup over it. Quinn was in heaven! We were lucky enough to have another hail storm an hour later and she got seconds!
